BY AIR

Shannon and Knock (Ireland West) are the nerest airports being 95km and 91 km respectively. Drive time is approximately 85 minutes from both. There are hourly buses from Shannon and two hourly buses from Knock, but we plan to provide airport transfers from both subject to demand.

Dublin airport will also be an option for some as there are numerous services to there from all parts of the UK and beyond. Drive time is 2 hours, 30 minutes with a 216 km drive. There are also good bus and train links - see below. 

BY SEA

Irish Ferries and Stena Line run frequent ferry services to Dublin Port (221km) and Rosslare (268km).

BY ROAD

Typical drive times are Dublin 2 hr 30minutes, Belfast 4hr, Cork 2hr 50min and Limerick 1hr 33min.
It is always worth checking car hire rates too. On January 3rd, www.carjet.com were quoting €50 for a Ford Focus 2 day hire and €76 for 3 days. 

BY BUS

There are 40 direct buses from Dublin Airport to Galway per day and the quoted dare is €18. There is an hourly bus from Shannon at a rate of €16. The fare from Knock is approximately €13 and there are usually 5 services daily. However, we will be contacting all our guests to check on arrival times etc., and we are expecting to be able to provide transfers from Shannon and Knock direct to the venue for approximately £20 in and €20 back.

Shannon
